Effects of continuously regenerating particulate filter on PM and NOx emission from bio diesel engine

摘要:

以某型高压共轨柴油机为试验对象,研究试验样机燃用BD20混合燃料时,连续再生颗粒捕集器(CRPF)对颗粒及氮氧化物排放的影响.结果表明,试验样机连接CRPF后,颗粒排放因子下降81.9%;试验样机运行在高转速高负荷区域时,CRPF对粒子数密度的降低效果较明显,对聚集态颗粒的降低作用优于核态颗粒;试验样机多环芳烃(PAHs)排放质量减少91.5%,在检测到的20种PAHs中,有18种组分排放质量减少.连接CRPF后,试验样机排放的NOx质量分数小幅下降.

Abstract:

A high pressure common rail diesel engine was taken as test subject, and the characteristics of PM and NOx emission were analyzed when the engine was fueled with BD20. Results showed that the mass of particle emitted was lowered by 81.9% when continuous regeneration particulate filter (CRPF) was adopted. CRPF had a better performance on the decrease of particle number density when the engine worked at high speed and load. The total mass of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) emitted was lowered by 91.5%, and 18 of total 20 PAHs compositions examined decreased in mass. A slight decrease of NOx emission mass concentration was observed during the experiment.
